Central AI Chat Agent: Zapier Guide
Step 1. Under the "Integrations" tab, find "Zapier" and click on "Connect".

Step 2. You'll be redirected to the Central Chat Agent invitation. Accept our Invitation by clicking on "Accept Invite and Build a Zap".

Step 3. Create a new zap by clicking on "Create" and then "Zaps".

Step 4. Click on "Trigger" in the new Zap.

Step 5. Search for "Central Chat" in the Zapier app directory and select it.

Step 6. Once Central Chats is added, select the trigger event (e.g. “New Qualified Lead”) and connect your Central account to Zapier by authorizing Zapier access to Central.

Click on “Authorize” when prompted:

Step 7. Once your Central account is connected to Zapier, you can select the applicable workspace where you want to set up automations for.

Step 8. Make sure the trigger works properly by testing the trigger.

Step 9. After the trigger is set up properly, you can set up any automations you want by clicking on “Action”.

Step 10. Feel free to select any CRM or communication channel you would like to connect Central to, such as Slack or Hubspot CRM.
